Zip Pilates was established by Pilates Instructor Nicole Ambrose in 2008 offering the Body Control Pilates method in the Winchester and Hampshire area.

INSTRUCTOR

Through interest and a desire to help her own injury issues Nicole started practicing Pilates in 2000, very soon she was hooked! Discovering the benefits herself first hand and a passion for the method, Nicole wanted to pass these on to others and decided to train with the highly regarded Body Control Pilates Association in London, qualifiying in early 2008 and since then teaching Pilates complying to the Body Control Pilates Code of Practice.

QUALIFICATIONS & ASSOCIATIONS

• Body Control Pilates® Matwork Certified
• Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) Level 3 Pilates Teacher
• St John Ambulance Emergency Life Support - all ages
• CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Check

As a member of the Body Control Pilates Association Nicole has completed specific courses in Pilates & Pregnancy and Pilates & Osteoporosis. It is a requirement that instructors continue with self development and training on an ongoing basis to remain affiliated.
